Fort Lauderdale Marriott Pompano Beach Resort & Spa

We found out that as of TODAY the hotel pools will be closed until February 2025. There was no notice of this when we booked or checked in. We found out this more when we went down for breakfast & saw the signs. Today was our last day but we were planning on using the amenities since there was a resort fee. Turned out the weather due to storm Denise wouldn’t allow us the use the beach. This hotel did not meet expectations and was overpriced for the quality, location & amenities.

Amazing accommodations and Quality Service. They have two very large pools - one of them heated and a hot tub. Great location being right at the beach. Will be staying here again I'm near future.

We weren't staying at this property. We're actually staying next-door and walked down the beach and wandered up to the bar. We were told by the bartender Jennifer that we couldn't sit at the bar unless we were staying on the property. We loved the looks of the property so much that we walked back to our hotel checked out and got a room here. Ashley at the front desk was extremely welcoming I was able to accommodate us with ease and take care of a minor problem we had during our stay. The staff is wonderful Shiela by the pool has a bubbly, welcoming personality, and took good care of us. We look forward to coming back, staying at this resort and seeing all of our friends here again.

Wow—what an amazing stay at the Marriott Pompano Beach Resort! We came to celebrate my husband and best friend’s 60th birthdays, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. From the start, I felt so welcome. I have Platinum status, but honestly, I was treated even better than I imagined! Tanishka at the front desk was so warm, Sheila by the pool made sure we had everything we needed (with a smile every time), and William in the restaurant took such great care of us. Michael, the Guest Services Manager, sets the tone for the whole team—it shows, because everyone we met was incredible. The resort itself is gorgeous—the rooms are spotless and so comfortable, the beach is quiet and absolutely breathtaking, the ocean was warm and perfect for swimming, and the pool was just the right mix of relaxing and refreshing. We left feeling happy, appreciated, and already planning when we can come back. Everything was perfect!

The stay was excellent, but the valet parking guys were amazing. Thank you for the service and the great attention! Great location

Stayed for one night after our cruise. The beach is incredible!!! They have a little bar out there and will bring you food. 2 beach chairs included with every room. Super relaxed and friendly staff! Jalicia was exceptional, accommodating a late check out for us last minute. I would stay here again for longer despite the current construction (pool is being remodeled and will be finished June of 2025) it’s a beautiful property
